Oak Tasmania acknowledges the Federal Court’s decision to impose a $1.1 million penalty in relation to a number of contraventions of the reporting requirements, standards of care, and code of conduct for the provision of NDIS services between March 2021 to June 2023.

Creativity, growth and achievements were the theme of the evening as over 80 members, clients, staff and stakeholders gathered at the Moonah Arts Centre on 30 October for the Oak Possability Annual General meeting.
