The home also has its own designated vehicle for use by all residents within the home.

Current housemates are a male and female aged in their 70s and 80s.

The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.

Currently this house offers support seven days a week and is staffed with a sleepover support model at night.

 

Funding

This home is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property and the SDA design category is Fully Accessible. Applicants need to be eligible for the appropriate SDA level funding and have Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in their NDIS plan. This would include the means to pay for rent, housekeeping and utilities.
