We are managing the risks in line with our COVID-19 Management Plan, which is based on Department of Health best practice.
Our plan includes measures such as additional hygiene information and training for employees and clients, ensuring that we have contingency plans in place and adequate stocks of essential items, as well as planning for potential additional staffing needs.
We have had no known cases among our employees or clients but we are not being complacent.
We continue to closely monitor and follow the advice of the Commonwealth Department of Health and state health authorities. We are keeping our employees and the people we support up to date on the latest developments.
The Department of Health has a specific hotline to respond to enquiries from NDIS participants – 1800 020 080 (24 hours a day, seven days a week).
