Hello Victoria!

Possability is excited to have commenced services in Victoria. We are providing support services to claimants of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Frankston, Victoria.

From July 2018, we will also start providing additional TAC services to people living in Lilydale, north-east of Melbourne.

Executive General Manager, Nicola Crates, who led the transfer of the services to Possability, said the residents had adjusted well and were appreciative of some of the small changes that have been introduced.

“We were delighted that many of the residents’ favourite support staff chose to join Possability, allowing greater continuity  of services.

“The residents have also welcomed the setting up of a common room on the site, to provide a space for more socialising.”

CEO Drew Beswick said that entering the Victorian market will allow us to further our Purpose ‘to be catalysts of change’ for even more people.

“The team has done an amazing job in establishing new relationships, developing good quality plans with clients and families, recruiting our new team and supporting all of the other set up activities that have been required.”

We’ve already had positive feedback about our professionalism and commitment to helping clients lead satisfying and connected lives.

While initially providing services to TAC claimants, Possability also plans to offer services to participants in the NDIS. Possability has developed a Statement of Intent which outlines our plans for the region.
