The vacant and very large downstairs bedroom is fully carpeted and includes a walk-in-robe. It is currently unfurnished but would easily fit a king size double bed and student study desk. A shared downstairs bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall.

The house is often busy with activities but this downstairs bedroom offers a place to retire in peace when the mood hits. The three current housemates are all adult males, ages 18-34, with a wide range of interests including bowling, basketball and eating out.
Support
Support is flexible and will be guided by individual needs. The house is currently staffed for all hours except weekdays 9.30am – 2.30pm and includes a sleepover shift every night.

Funding
Potential housemates will need National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding for Supported Independent Living or similar. Currently, the residents each contribute to a shared household account from which items such as rent, electricity, groceries, fuel etc. are paid.
