Suitable for
Current housemates are three males between the ages of 45 and 80. They enjoy spending time with their families, listening to music, getting outdoors and engaging in sensory activities.
The home is suitable for people who enjoy an active and social home, and want to socialise and spend time together with other residents and their family and friends.
Room details
The available room is a large single which includes a built-in wardrobe and a large window with a door to the side of the house. Some furniture can be included.
Support
Currently this house offers support seven days a week and is staffed with a sleepover model of support overnight.
If you are an NDIS participant, you will need to have Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding in your plan.
Accessibility
The property is wheelchair accessible with wide corridors, a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a bath, and accessible walkways throughout. The house does not currently have ceiling hoists installed in the bedroom or bathroom, although provisions were made during the build of the house.
