This shared 4 bedroom home is just minutes away from the Mowbray Marketplace, public transport, and popular local businesses and amenities.

The large dining and lounge area opens onto a secure backyard with fencing and privacy hedging, while a shared Kia Carnival with wheel chair access is also attached to the property.

Room Information
This large double sized bedroom is unfurnished but comes with built in robes, wall mounted antennae connections and access to house WiFi.

Current Residents
The current two housemates are active and creative young men whose interests include swimming, dancing, music, and going out for meals.

Support is flexible and will be guided by individual needs. Currently, the residence is staffed at all times other than 9 am – 3 pm weekdays with every evening being an active night shift.

Accessibility & Nearby Facilities
Entrances allow for regular size wheelchair access and both bathrooms and the toilet are fitted with handrails. This home sits of a flat accessible block and has no stairs.

An internal garage has been carpeted and fitted out with heating and blinds. With very little work this could become another lovely accessible living area.

This home has two bathrooms, one with bath, a modern bright sunny kitchen, and the backyard has a secure area ideal for housing a small friendly dog.

All current residents stay 7 days a week with occasional nights away for holidays or family visits. Friends or family are always welcome to visit and are often invited for meals or to celebrate important life events.

Potential housemates will need National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding for Supported Independent Living or similar.

Currently, the residents each contribute to a shared household account from which items such as rent, electricity, groceries, fuel etc. are paid.
