What we can help with

Just some of the services we provide include:

  • Money handling
  • Time management
  • Transport training
  • Getting used to a new environment
  • Daily routine development
  • Resume writing
  • Technology and digital literacy
  • Communication, listening and teamwork

How do I get a job?

The best place to start is by doing some work experience so you can see how you’re feeling and gain further understanding about the choice you’ve made. We’ll also introduce you to employers and people in the workforce so you can ask questions and make your decision based on the right information.

How is this funded?

There are a couple of ways to fund this
service. You can utilise your NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) or pay directly.

We can also assist with other areas of your
life including Home Assistance, Community and Social Connections and Short Stays.

Where is our Next Step for School Leavers program available?

We’d love to support you to get job ready in Tasmania, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.

We’re hoping to expand into other states in the future—watch this space!
