If you are successful in gaining a role with Possability your information will be transferred to your employee file which is held by People and Culture in a secure manner. Where Possability needs to collect information from a third party Possability will seek your consent in the first instance and the responsible Recruiter will be the person who collects this information. You will be required to supply Possability with a current resume, limited to no more than 4 pages (with a font size no smaller than 10 point) with this application.
You will be required to complete a pre-employment medical questionnaire as part of the application process.
At Possability we take the welfare of our employees and clients very seriously. This means that if you are successful for a position with Possability you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, Working with Children and Vulnerable People Check and any other such legally mandated checks and assessments necessary at the time of employment and at mandated periods throughout your employment. The management of such checks and the cost to attain them will be your responsibility. Continued employment with Possability is conditional on you maintaining the appropriate standards in each assessment.
As your application progresses through our processes we will want to talk to people who can confirm the information you give us. Provide the details of two people who are not related to you in any manner, who you authorise us to contact to discuss the information provided during your application process. At least ONE referee MUST be a previous employer.
