Looking for a fun and engaging program for your child these school holidays? Enrolments are now open for our school holiday program in Latrobe!

School’s nearly out and we’ve got just the ticket to keep your child entertained these school holidays. Our Latrobe school holiday program, running from January 2 – February 7 2024, creates a world of play and adventure for your child. Relax knowing they’re having a fun holiday away from home with all the supports they need.

With a range of activities designed for maximum fun and led by a skilled team—your child will develop new skills, make friends and create unforgettable memories! The program runs for six weeks, so they can join in the fun for as little—or as long—as you’d like.

When: January 2 – February 7 2024
Where: Latrobe Children’s Short Stay, plus visits to local attractions. Transport to Latrobe Children’s Short Stay is available by arrangement from the North and North-West of Tasmania.
Cost: NDIS 1:1 or group based funding required*

    • ‘Cool by the pool’ – day excursion to Devonport Aquatic Centre (+$10.00 all day pass including entry and slide access. Or $6.30 for those not keen on the slide)
  • Thursday 4 January
    • Day excursion to Deloraine Pump Track (bring your bike!)
  • Friday 5 January
    • Movies and popcorn

    • Baking and crafternoon
  • Tuesday 9 January
    • Day excursion to Airtime 360 and Riverbend Park (offsite, +$20.00)
  • Wednesday 10 January
    • Public holiday

    • Llama Farma and ice-cream (offsite, +$39.00)
  • Friday 12 January

    • Whale spotting and fruit popsicles

    • Ride the rails (offsite, +$5.00)
  • Friday 19 October

    • ‘Cool by the pool’ – day excursion to Launceston Aquatic Centre, Money Park (offsite, +$8.50)

    • Duck feeding, exploring Pig island and a picnic lunch at Bells Parade Latrobe (offsite)
  • Thursday 25 January
    • Gunns Plains Caves (offsite, +$7.00)
  • Friday 26 January

The property is located in leafy Latrobe, a quiet little town on the Mersey River. It’s a fun and colourful place for kids of all ages and levels of needs. Our dedicated team of experienced and qualified professionals provide a safe and supportive environment for your child.
