Now in its second year, the Innovation and Excellence Awards acknowledge and celebrate the effort and initiative of employees to continually improve services. The awards also provide a platform to share knowledge and experience across the organisation by highlighting areas of best practice and innovation.
Excellence for Possability means delivery of support to the highest possible standards, reflecting the values and using evidence-based practices that are support in the Possability’s Practice Framework.
Innovation for Possability means the development of new practices that enhance opportunities for clients to improve independence, connection to community and to reach their goals. We see these such innovations as having the chance to transform lives and challenge existing ways of doing things.
Award recipients will receive valuable opportunities for professional development to either share their innovations with the disability sector and broader community, or to undertake professional learning to build on their achievements.
