In the first instance, the assessment activity will always be an interview with a panel of Possability employees. Depending on the needs of the role we are filling we may ask you to undertake other assessment activities as part of the selection process. We will provide you with all the information you need to ensure you have the best possible opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities as you progress through our selection process.

The ideal applicants would have a passion to support children and young people in a welcoming and safe environment; have experience in providing person centred support to clients; be able to show initiative, be able to problem solve.
