The house comprises five bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two living areas, an open plan kitchen and dining area. The house has a ramp at the front entrance and an outside sitting area as well as a veggie patch.
Local bus services are a short walk from the house and Werribee Station a seven minute drive. The local shopping area is a ten minute drive. The President’s Park with Werribee River walking trail is also in proximity to the house.
The available room can fit a single bed and has built in robes.
The room would not fit a wheelchair or have space for it to maneuver.
The applicant would be sharing the house with one female and three males all aged between 50 and 70 years.
This home would be a great fit for an individual who enjoys social activities within both the house and the community.
The applicant must be aged 18 years or over.
This home would suit an adult with access to the appropriate NDIS funding. This would include the means to pay for rent, house keeping and utilities.
