FAQs for people who use our services

What is the difference between the old service agreement and the new Working Together Agreement?

The Working Together Agreement is a simpler and more flexible approach to service agreements.

The Working Together Agreement only needs to be signed once and it will cover you for the entire time you stay with Possability. This is the case if you use one or many of our programs or services.

Your Working Together Agreement will be accompanied by two documents:

  • The Working Together Booklet – this explains your rights, mutual obligations and our policies and procedures.
  • A Service Schedule – this lists the services you are purchasing from us.

The finer details of how our services are customised to your individual needs will continue to be covered in your Individual Support Plan.
